What DigStart does
DigStart is cloud software (a monthly subscription). There are no physical goods.
Service history
Record every service against the machine, with what was done, and see what's due and overdue.
Prestart checklists
Operators do their daily prestart checklist on their phone, against the right machine.
Fault reports
Log a fault on site and track it until it's fixed.
Compliance records
Keep manuals, documents and records together, and export service records as PDF.
Pricing
Priced per machine, per month, in Australian dollars (AUD) including GST. The price per machine drops as your fleet grows.

How you get DigStart
Instant online access
When sign-ups open, you sign up online and start straight away in your web browser, on your phone or computer. Nothing is shipped: DigStart is delivered as software over the internet.
Free trial terms
New accounts get a 30-day free trial. No card is needed, and nothing is charged unless you choose to activate a paid plan. You can stop using the trial at any time.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time in Settings → Billing, or by email. Paid plans stop at the end of the current billing period, with no cancellation fees. See our refund and cancellation policy.
Billing questions
Charges appear on your statement as DIGSTART. If a charge looks wrong, email support@digstart.com.au and we'll look into it.
