DigStart Refund and Cancellation Policy · Version 1 · Effective 17 October 2026
DigStart is provided by MGK Earthworks Pty Ltd (ABN 15 619 163 423). This policy summarises the cancellation and refund parts of the DigStart Customer Terms. If anything here differs from the Customer Terms, the Customer Terms apply.
Free trial
- New accounts get a 30-day free trial. No card is needed, and nothing is charged unless you choose to activate a subscription.
- You can cancel a free trial at any time, and you won't be charged.
Paid plans
- Paid plans are billed monthly, per machine, in AUD including GST, and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
How to cancel
- In the app under Account & billing (on the web: Settings → Billing), or
- by emailing support@digstart.com.au. If you cancel by email, your cancellation takes effect from when we receive it, and we'll confirm it by email.
- Monthly plans stop at the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. You keep access until that period ends.
- There are no cancellation fees.
Refunds
- We don't give refunds for change of mind, except as set out below or where we've agreed otherwise.
- If we fail to provide the service, or the Australian Consumer Law gives you a right to a refund, we'll give you one.
- We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email of any price increase, or any other change to the terms that isn't in your favour. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect, and we'll refund any amount you've prepaid for the period after the change.
- If we end the service, we'll give you 60 days' notice and a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees.
Billing problems and disputes
- Charges appear on your card or bank statement as DIGSTART.
- If you think a charge is wrong, email support@digstart.com.au with your account email and the date and amount of the charge, and we'll look into it. If we charged you in error, we'll refund it.
- Please contact us first so we can sort it out quickly. This doesn't limit your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or bank.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
